脑络通激活L-arg-NO通路对缺血性脑损伤保护作用
THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF NAOLUOTONG ON CEREBROISCHEMIA DAMAGE IN RATS BY ACTIVATING LARG-NO PATHWAY
【摘要】 通过建立四动脉夹闭所致大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注模型,以脑含水量、局部脑组织血流量、血清和脑组织中一氧化氮含量为观察指标,初步研究了脑络通对缺血性脑损伤保护作用的机理。结果表明:脑络通对缺性脑损伤具有明显的保护作用,且其作用主要是通过激活Larg-NO通路来实现的
【Abstract】 To study the protective effect of Naoluotong(NLT) on cerebral ischemia,the acute whole cerebroischemiareperfusion rat model established by 4 occlusion vessels was used.The content of the cerebral tissue water,the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)and the nitric oxide(NO)content of brain and serum were observed.The results suggested that NLT can protect brain from ischemic damage by activating LargNO pathway.
