【摘要】 本文对某矾矿作业工人１９８６—１９９５十年间死亡原因进行回顾性调查。结果表明：该矾矿职工全死因死亡率为１１２３．９１／１０万，其中前三位死因分别为恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和脑血管病。恶性肿瘤死亡的前三位死因分别为食道癌、肺癌及肝癌。矾矿工人死亡水平高于该矿所在地居民的平均水平，主要死因与煤矿工人也有区别，呈现一定特点更多还原

【Abstract】 To study effect of alum dust on workers, the death causes of workers who died in the period from 1986 to 1995 in an alum mine were analyzed using retrospective cohort study. The results showed that the total mortality of workers in the mine was 1123.91/100,000 and the first three causes of death were malignant tumors, respiratory diseases and cerebrovascular diseases respectively. Of the malignant tumors, the first three causes of death were esophagus cancer, lung cancer, hepatic cancer. Death level of workers in the mine was higher than average death level of the residents in the same area. The major death causes of workers in the mine were different from that of workers in coal mine.更多还原
