【摘要】 在电镜下观察黄瓜花叶病毒（ＣＭＶ）的侵染扩散部位发现：病毒粒体入侵细胞及复制后子代粒体的扩散同烟草花叶病毒一样是以整体形式向细胞壁靠拢、附着，并通过胞间连丝进入易感细胞，同时还发现少量病毒粒体似有直接穿过胞壁入胞的现象．寄主植物在病毒入侵后，除了外观上出现病斑，叶片细胞的结构，尤其是叶绿体病变明显，如：外膜不完整、片层松散、结构肿胀，严重时会使整个叶绿体解体．另外，细胞质中还出现许多高尔基小囊泡等超微结构的影响．更多还原

【Abstract】 In the light of infected position,like TMV the ways of the invasion of CMV particles and diffusion of their filial generation were that the particles approached and attached to the cell walls as the whole form,then entered the sensitive cell through the plasmodesma, whereas a small number of the particles penetrated cells directly.After the invasion of the particles,except that pathogenic spots took place in outward apearance the ultrastructure of the infected cells,especially the ultrastructure of the chloroplast changed very much,i.e.,the incompleteness of the chloroplast membrana externa;the looseness of the grana;the swell and disintegration of some chloroplast and a grant deal of the golgi vesicle appearing in the cytoplasm and so on.更多还原
