灰葡萄孢的分离方法
The Isolation of Botrytis Cinerea
【摘要】 分离灰葡萄最好采用被感染的植物材料为分离源，利用显微操作法挑取孢子划线分离。适宜的分离培养基是麦芽－马铃薯汁琼脂培养基，最佳培养温度为２０℃，最适ｐＨ值为３．５。
【Abstract】 The best sources for isolating Botrytis cinerea are the infected plant materials. The microscopic operation is suitable for picking spores of the mold. The suitable medium for the mold is maltpotato juice agar. The optimum temperature is 20 ℃ and the proper pH is 3.5.
