不同浓度营养物质对细菌菌落分形生长的影响
Effects of the Concentration Field of Nutrient on Bacterial Colony Formation
【摘要】 枯草芽孢杆菌于３７℃条件下培养，在不同浓度的蛋白胨琼脂培养基上菌落形态发生变化，体现了生物体的形态分形现象，初步研究其分形的生物学原因和规律。
【Abstract】 A Bacillus subtilis strain was incubated at 37℃.It has been found to grow with various colonial morphology under a certain amount of peptone-agar plates,which embodies the fractal of organisms.The essay is a priliminary study of the biological law and reasons of the fractal.
