【摘要】 平炉燃耗高，炉顶寿命低，但目前还不能完全淘汰，为了解决这些问题，研究设计了炉顶氧油枪。实践证明：采用炉顶氧油枪可使火焰在废钢上的铺展面增大到７０％～８０％，提高了废钢的加热质量和速度，综合能耗降低了５～７ｋｇ标煤／ｔ钢，炉顶烧损速度降低了０．７～０．９ｍｍ／炉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Open hearth with high fuel consuption and short life of furnace roof can not be still eliminated.In order to solve these problems,top oxygenoil lance is designed.The operation results show that up to 70%￣80% flame contacted surfaces of scrap can be reached using oxygenoil lance,increasing heating quality and rate of scrap.Comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 5￣7 kg standard coal/t steel;lgnition loss velocity of the furnace roof is lowered by 0.7￣0.9mm/furnace.更多还原
