PPS/GF耐高温复合构件使用30000h后PPS树脂的剖析
ANALYSIS OF PPS RESIN IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANT PPS/GF COMPOSITE PART AFTER 30000 h USE
【摘要】 ’用DSC法和热重分析,对220℃、24.5MPa工况条件下连续工业使用30000h后的PPS/GF耐高温复合构件中的PPS树脂基体进行了剖析。结果表明,即使在热端的表层中,PPS树脂仍有熔融峰,仍能保持典型的热塑性树脂特征。本研究工作对PPS/GF耐高温复合构件的设计提供了理论依据和实际应用指导。
【Abstract】 DSC and TG methods were used to analyze the PPS matrix resin of high-temperature resistant PPS/GF composite part after 30000 h continuous industrial use at condition of 220℃ and 24. 5 MPa. The result showed that PPS resin in surface layer of high-temperature side still had fusion peak and exhibited typical features of thermoplastic resin. The present research work could supply the theoretical basis for the design and application of high-temperature resistant PPS/GF composite part.
