氰基含量对聚芳醚腈砜性能的影响
EFFECT OF CYANO CONTENT ON PROPERTIES OF POLYCARYLENE ETHER NITRILE SULFONES)
【摘要】 以2,6-二氟苯甲腈、4,4’-二氯二苯砜、4,4’-二羟基二苯砜以及间苯二酚为主要原料,改变它们的摩尔配比合成了不同氰基含量的聚芳醚腈砜。研究了氰基含量对聚芳醚腈砜的合成工艺、聚集态结构、热氧稳定性以及玻璃化转变温度的影响。
【Abstract】 The poly (arylene ether nitrile sulfones) (PENSU)with different cyano contents were synthesized with the different molar ritio of the 2, 6-difluorobenzonitrile (DFBN), 4, 4’ -dichlorodiphenylsulphone (DCDPSU ) , 4, 4’ -dihydroxy-diphenylsulfone(BSU) and resoreinol(RS) in this paper. And the effect of cyano content on the synthetic technique, structure of accumulative state, thermo-oxidative stability and glass transition temperature of PENSU were also discussed.
