铝熔体泡沫化过程中孔结构的控制
Controlling Pore Structure during Foaming Process of Aluminium Melt
【摘要】 在大量试验研究的基础上,探索了在铝熔体泡沫化过程中控制泡沫铝孔径、孔隙率等结构参数的工艺方法,研究了发泡剂加入量、搅拌及保温时间等对孔结构的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on large quantities of experiments,some techniques for foaming aluminium melt have been discussed to control its structure parameters such as pore diameter and porosity during foaming process,effects of addition levels of blowing agent,stirring time and temperature holding time on the pore structure of foamed speciments have also been studied.
