【摘要】 本文报告应用ＹＡＧ激光治疗后发障１４１例１５９眼。其中老年性白内障２１眼，先天性白内障２９眼，外伤性白内障９０眼，人工晶植入术后１９眼。截囊成功率９８．７％。矫正视力≥０．５者占７７．４％，视力＜０．４的原因，主要是弱视、角膜翳、继发性青光眼、眼底病等。截囊后有６只眼发生高眼压，其原因是晶体碎片阻塞前房角，或手术创伤，激发前列腺素的释放。对已植入人工晶体者截囊要特别慎重，不要击伤人工晶体，强调激光前反复用裂隙灯检查，弄清人工晶体与晶体囊膜的关系，激光时首先从粘连不紧密处开始，逐渐扩大。截囊时尽量不要击破前玻璃体膜，若囊膜与玻璃体膜粘连紧密，截开洞不要超过２ｍｍ，以防玻璃体疝入前房。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article reported 141 cases after cataract who were treated by YAG laser.The laser capsulotomy success rate was 98 7%.Vision better than 0 5 (corrected) accounted for 77 4%. We discussed following aspects:1.Complicatement of YAG Laser capsuletory;2.Analysis of the cause that vision is poor;3.Analysis of the cause of high IOP;4.Remand of your carefulness to patients who implanted IOL;5.Prevent from vitreous entering anterior chamber.
