【摘要】 对１２例（１３眼）青光眼滤过手术缘部结、巩膜破裂者，采用角膜褥式缝合法进行修复。结果全部病例经修复后创口均无渗漏，随访３—１２个月（平均９个月），眼压控制率１００％。该手术不失为一种修复缘部结、巩膜破裂之简便、安全、可靠的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of a closing operation on limbal conjuctival or scleral incision in glaucoma filtration surgery.New horizontal corneal mattress was performed on 13 eyes of 12 patients with limbal conjuctival or clescral incision.All incisions of the all eyes were in a state of water closing.The aqueous humour hasnt leaked out at the area of incision after operation.The follow up times ranged from 3 to 12 months(average 9 months).The control rate of intraocular tension was 100%.The results indicated that the operation is a safe reliable one for closing incision of limbal conjuctiva or sclera in glaucoma filtration surgery and easy to operate.更多还原
