【摘要】 视网膜母细胞瘤是儿童常见的眼内恶性肿瘤，严重威胁生命。本文通过对５５例视网膜母细胞瘤患者２—２２年的随访，对其性别，发病年龄，病程，临床分期，组织病理学及治疗等进行了统计学分析，探讨了影响预后的有关因素。若发病年龄在１—２岁以前，病程不到半年，病变尚在球内，瘤细胞分化好，尚无球外浸润，及时行眼球摘除或加放疗，预后较好，反之则差。其中肿瘤的病理组织学对其预后的影响极为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular malignancy of childhood.In this paper we perform a retrospective analysis of 55 retinoblastoma patients in our hospital.The children have been followed up for 2 to 22 years.In all cases,statistical analyses were performed on sex,unilateral or bilateral cases,age when symptoms appeared,length of symptoms,staging,clinicopathology and treatment.The effects of various factors on the prognosis are discussed.The prognosis is good if the age when symptoms appeared is before 1 to 2 years old,the length of symptoms is below half a year,the lesion is localized in the eye,the tumor is more differentiated,no invasion is out of the eye and the treatment is as soon as possible.Otherwise the prognosis is bad.The effects of clinicopathology on the prognosis is very important.更多还原
