可控冷却淬火新技术研究

【摘要】 提出了通过量化控制改变淬火介质冷却特性,实现可控冷却的新观念,并以水为例进行了较系统的测试研究,给出了三个控制参数,较好地实现了可控冷却淬火,并在高铬铸铁工件上成功地进行了批量生产。

【Abstract】 In the paper, after several years’ research on heat treatment quenching technology, the authors first publish their new theory on this aspect. The theory is that the quenching intensity of quenching medium can be modified by means of quantifying control. And three control factors have been given in the process of quantifying control. The high chromium cast iron has been taken for example to use the new techology, which succeeds in practice production.
