【Abstract】 Addiction to heroin can do serious harm to nerve system and immune function in human in which much attention have paid by medical workers. The authors studies the levels of C 3、C 4 of 30 normal subjects and 30 patients with heroin dependence. Result showed that the content of C 3、C 4 of the latter were significantly lower than those of normal subjects ( P <0.001 P <0.01,respectively). By studing relationship of the levels of C 3、C 4 and nerve system in patients with heroin dependence, we can know more clearly the harmness of heroin abuse. In addition, the study may provide with theoretical proof of clinical therapy.更多还原
