海洛因依赖者补体C3、C4降低对其神经系统的影响
Effect of reduced C 3、C 4 on nerve system of patient with heroin dependence
【摘要】 吸食海洛因对人体神经系统和免疫功能的损害越来越受到医务工作者的广泛重视。本文通过30例吸毒患者C3、C4和30例正常人C3、C4的检测比较,吸毒者C3、C4较正常人C3、C4存在极显著性差异,P<0.001及P<0.01。通过对吸毒者C3、C4降低与神经系统关系的探讨,使人们更清楚吸毒对身体的危害性,并为临床治疗和用药提供充足的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Addiction to heroin can do serious harm to nerve system and immune function in human in which much attention have paid by medical workers. The authors studies the levels of C 3、C 4 of 30 normal subjects and 30 patients with heroin dependence. Result showed that the content of C 3、C 4 of the latter were significantly lower than those of normal subjects ( P <0.001 P <0.01,respectively). By studing relationship of the levels of C 3、C 4 and nerve system in patients with heroin dependence, we can know more clearly the harmness of heroin abuse. In addition, the study may provide with theoretical proof of clinical therapy.
