【Abstract】 Bamboo shoot is featured with rich nutrients,and easy cooklng,and one of excellent vegetables which people prefer to eat since the ancient time- The comsuption of bamboo shoots by the Whole Huzhou residents is more than 10% of the total vegetable comsuption,or more than 50% of the total shoot yiled of Huzhou City. If we want to put the production of bamboo shoots in the construction of "Vegetable Basket Engineering",we must enhance thinkings on it, adjust proportion and structure of each shoot species,and get propoerfinancial support from the municipal government.更多还原
