【摘要】 采用低钙动物模型和药代动力学方法,研究四种钙剂的生物利用度,评定钙剂的质量。通过测定乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、醋酸钙、高效钙的血钙浓度——时间曲线,求出各种钙剂药代动力学参数。结果表明,醋酸钙的生物利用度居首。低钙大鼠模型注射维生素D₃后75h 服用钙剂比3h 服用的钙吸收率提高30％,维生素 D₃有良好的缓效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bioavailabilities of four calcium agents were studied in hypocalciumia model of rat by pharmacokinetics method for evaluat- ing quality of these calcium agents.To gain parameters of pharmacokinetics the senrum calcium concentration of calcium lactate, calcium gluconate,calcium acetate and high potency calcium were determined.The results showed that bioavailability of calcium acetate is the best.The test showed that absorbed rate of calcium is raised about 30% in model rats taking orally calcium agent after injected VD₃ 75 hours.Compared with 3 hours after injected VD₃.It showed that VD₃ has a good demulcent effect.更多还原
