【摘要】 观察苍耳子对日本大耳兔亚急性中毒的影响。实验表明:动物体重下降,脏器系数增加,经口服的半数致死量(LD₅₀)为3.08g/kg,早期引起以肝损害为主的病变,肝细胞变性和凝固性坏死,后期坏死区纤维组织增生,肾近曲小管细胞水变性,部分细胞坏死;酶组化检查显示:肝、肾、脑、心的组织的琥珀酸脱氢酶（SDH）、Mg²⁺激活三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg²⁺-ATPase)、胆碱酯酶（ChE）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）活性明显降低,酸性磷酸酶（ACP）活性升高,乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）活性无改变;血 ALT、BUN 持续升高、血糖明显降低。并证明苍耳子毒性对 Wis-tar 大鼠不敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the subacute toxic influences by the seed of Xanthium sibiricum in Japanese white rabbits were ob- served.The results showed the body weight of animals were decreased.Organ index raised.The LD⁵⁰ of the animals via gastric gavage was 3.08 g/kg.In the early stage,the liver injury was the main cause of death.Degeneration and coagulative necrosis of hepatocytes were observed,and fibrosis appeared in the later stage.The epithelium of the proximal convoluted tubules of kid- ney were found to have hydropie degeneration,and part of the epithelium was necrotic.Histochemical findings:The SDH, Mg²⁺-ATPase,ChE and ATP enzyme activity in the liver,kidney,heart and brain decreased markedly,the ACP enzyme activi- ty elevated,the LDH enzyme activity had no significant change.Serum GPT and BUN level elevated,while serum glycogen level lowered significantly.The results showed that the Wistar rats were insensitive to the poisoning of Xanthium sibiricum seed in the same time.更多还原
