山莨菪碱对兔大肠杆菌脑膜炎模型脑脊液及脑组织铁、钙、锌、铜的影响

【摘要】 检测了兔大肠杆菌脑膜炎模型脑脊液及脑组织中的铁、钙、锌、铜含量。结果发现,脑脊液中铁与铜离子在单用氨苄青霉素(氨苄组)治疗后明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);当同时加用山莨菪碱治疗时,铁离子浓度明显低于菌液组与单用氨苄组(P<0.05和0.01),钙离子浓度亦明显低于茵液组(P<0.05),铜离子浓度高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。脑脊液中锌离子浓度和脑组织内的以上4种离子含量在各组间比较均无明显差异。

【Abstract】 Study of iron,calcium,zinc and copper in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and brain tissue of E coli meningitis in rabbits,the levels of iron,calcium and copper in CSF were increased and that of zinc decreased (but P>0.05).After ampicilline therapy alone for 3 hours,the levels of iron and copper in CSF were increased (P<0.05),but the others did not change significantly. After anisodamine and ampicilline therapy for 3 hours,the levels of iron and calcium in CSF were decreased (P<0.01 and P <0.05),the level of copper in CSF were increased (P<0.05).The levels of iron,calcium,zinc and copper in brain tissue did not change signifieandy (P>0.05).These results suggested that there were effects of iron,calcium,zinc and copper in pathophysiology of experimental E coli meningitis,and also there were therapeutical efffects for E coli meningitis by aniso- damine.
