【摘要】 柠檬萜是中药枳实的有效成分之一。本研究采用电生理和微机处理技术,研究柠檬萜对狗小肠电活动的影响。以空肠消化间期综合肌电(IMC)为指标,观察了以98％浓度柠檬萜0.1ml/kg 灌注空腹清醒狗胃后,发现 IMC 的Ⅰ相时程缩短,Ⅱ相时程延长,Ⅱ相和总周期的峰电位增多(P<0.01)。提示柠檬萜有增强狗小肠电活动的作用。作用的时间可维持约100min。作用机理可能主要是提高了小肠“起步点”和平滑肌的兴奋性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Limonene is one of the effective components of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.In the present experiment,the effect of limonene on the small intestinal myoelectric activities was observed by means of electrophysiolngical and microcomputeral tech- nique.According to the index of interdigestive myoelectric complex(IMC) of jejunum,the authors observed the phenomena after instilling the 98% limonene (0.1 ml/kg) into empty stomach of the awakened dogs.The results demonstrated that phase Ⅰ of IMC was shortened,phase Ⅱ was prolonged,and the number of action potential between phase Ⅱ and cycle duration was in- creased (P<0.01).It suggested that limonene could promote the small intestinal electric activity,and the effective time of limonene might maintain approximately 100 minutes.Its mechanism might mainly raise the “pacemaker” of the small intestine and reinforce the excitement of smooth muscles.更多还原
