【摘要】 地锦草治疗5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）化疗副作用——腹泻的实验研究,动物分组:实验组及对照组小鼠均用5-Fu 0.1 ml（2.5mg）·10g^-1·d^-1体重作腹腔注射,共4天（第1～4天）;实验组即地锦草小组加用10％地锦草煎剂灌胃0.2ml·10g^-1·d^-1共7天（第1～7天）;对照组加用0.9％生理盐水灌胃0.2ml·10g^-1·d^-1共7天（第1～7天）;结果:地锦草能降低5-Fu所引起腹泻的发病率,也可使化疗小鼠的存活率显著提高;地锦草能减轻5-Fu 所引起体重下降的副作用及减轻5-Fu 引起的食量减少,使饮食量较早恢复到化疗前水平;地锦草对抗体生成有促进作用（免疫促进作用）。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae (HEH) in treating the diarrhea induced by 5-fluorouracil (5- Fu) in rats,we divided them into 2 groups:Experimental group (n=10);5-Fu 0.1 ml (2.5 mg)/10 gm body weight were in- jected intraperitoneally,once a day for 4 days (first day to fourth day).From the begining of 5-Fu injection,the rats were fed through gastrogavage with 10% HEH solution,0.2 ml/10 g,once a day for 7 days.The control group (n=10);from begin- ning of 5-Fu injection th rats were administered with normal saline solution 0.2ml/10 g by gastrogavage,once a day for 7 days (from first day to seventh days).The result indicated that HEH could significantly decrease the incidence of 5-Fu induced diar- rhea,also increase the survival rate.HEH could relieve the weight loss and anorexia caused by 5-Fu,and recover the amount of ingested food rapidly.HEM also could promote the production of antibody.更多还原
