【摘要】 哺乳动物的肾脏被较厚的脂肪囊包被。定期在8只健康恒河猴肾囊内注射中药川芎嗪注射液,注射前后分别用核素^99mTc-DTPA 测定肾小球滤过率。结果显示,肾囊注射后肾小球滤过率较注射前有显著增加（P<0.05）,为肾囊注射给药治疗多种肾脏疾病提供了实验依据,同时进一步显示了中药川芎嗪对肾功能的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The kidneys of mammal are encapsulated with adipose capsule.Tetramethylpyrazine was injected into the adipose capsule of 8 rhesuses periodically.The glomerular filtration rate（GFR）was determined with nuclide ^99mTc-DTPA before and after intracap- sular injections.The results showed that the GFR was increased obviously after intracapsular injections（P<0.05）.This study provided experimental support for renal intracapsular injective therapy and also demonstrated the protective effect of Tetram- ethylpyrazine on renal function.更多还原
