【摘要】 慢性肾功能衰竭常表现低钙高磷血症,为避免应用中药时摄入过多的磷,我们检测了肾病常用的48味植物类中药的钙、磷含量,计算出其钙磷比值。中药材采用高温灰化酸溶测定钙;高温灰化碱溶测定磷。结果发现同类功用的药中,钙、磷含量差异较大,因此对肾功能衰竭的患者在辨证的基础上可参考中药钙磷含量而选药,将会有益于疾病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)often show hypocalcemia and hyperphosphatemia.In order to avoid intaking more phosphonium from Chinese herbal medicine in treating CRF,the contents of calcium,phosphonium and their ratio in 48 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines often used for treatment CRF were examined.The method with high temperature dissolving herbs ash in acid for calcium and in alkli for phosphonium were used to measure their contents.The results showed that contents of calcium and phosphonium in the herbal medicines,having similar functions are quite different.Therefore it will be beneficial for physi- cian to choose those herbal medicines that contain less phosphonium to treat CRF.更多还原
