【摘要】 通过异丙肾上腺素(ISO)诱发大鼠心肌缺血模型及结扎大鼠冠状动脉造成心肌缺血再灌注模型证实,瓜蒌薤白药对能显著降低心肌乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶释放,减少脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的生成,保护机体抗氧化酶系统,缩小心肌梗塞范围,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。药对的整体作用较单味药有增强趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese herbs Trichosanthes kirilowii(TK)and Allium macrostemon(AM)have often been using compatibly,which is termed as pair of drugs in the theory of TOM.On the models of myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol and myocardial is- chemia and reperfusion caused by coronary artery ligation for 40 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min,it demonstrated that the pair of TK and AM possessed the effects such as significandy lowering the level of creatine phosphokinase and lactate dehy- drngenase,decreasing the production of MDA,protecting and-oxygen free radical enzyme system and decreasing myocardial in- farct area,therefor it had protective effects on the injuries of ischemia and reperfusion.The effect of the pair of TK and AM showed the tendency to be stronger than that of TK alone,but with no statistic significancy.While the significant protective effect of AM had not been observed.更多还原
