【Abstract】 The culture conditions of Ice Nucleating Active(INA) bacteria were researched by orthogonal experiment in the paper.The result showed that the output of cells and ice nucleation forming activity of different bacteria were affected by various culture conditions,among these the most obvious culture factor for 3 species of INA bacteria was the kinds of media.Finally the optimum culture conditions were determined for them.更多还原
