热压注成型 ZrSiO4-MgO-Al2O3 三元复合直孔陶瓷过滤器的研究
Development of Extruded Cellular ceramic Filters with ZrSiO 4 MgO Al 2O 3 for Steel Foundry Application
【摘要】 介绍了热压注法成型ZrSiO4MgOAl2O3三元复合材料直孔陶瓷过滤器的工艺,采用优化设计方法研究了ZrSiO4MgOAl2O3三元复合陶瓷过滤器材料的配比,进行了过滤钢水的试验。结果表明,该种过滤器具有良好的性能与应用效果。适合于工业化大批量生产
【Abstract】 The technological process of extruding heated wax pulp with ZrSiO 4 MgO Al 2O 3 for producing cellular filters was introduced. Effect of the composition of ZrSiO 4 MgO Al 2O 3 by optimum design on bending strengh of filters and the properties of the molten steel flitrated by the filters are researched in this paper. The results show that the filters have excellent propties and good application effect, and they are suitbale to industrial production and application.
