中铬铸铁变质剂选择及其对组织、冲击耐磨性能的影响
Selection of the Modificators of Medium Cr Cast Iron and Its Influence on the Micro structure and Impact Abrasive Wear Property
【摘要】 以键参数函数图为依据,选择部分变质剂在中铬铸铁上进行试验。结果发现,加入001%到002%的锌进行变质处理,中铬铸铁可以得到较好的碳化物分布形态和较好的抗冲击磨损性能。证明了用键参数函数选择变质剂的方法也适用于中铬铸铁的研究。
【Abstract】 According to the function of chemical bond parameters, some of the modificatros have been tested in Medium Cr cast iron. The results show that quite good distributed carbide and anti impact abrasive wear resistance can be obtained when 0.01% to 0.02% Zn is used for modification. It is proved that the method of selection modificators by chemical bond parameter is suitable to the study of Cr cast iron.
