【摘要】 论述了菜籽饼粕脱除硫甙、植酸以及酚的各种方法，并对菜籽浓缩蛋白的制取方法进行了简要评述。
【Abstract】 A literature survey of detoxification of rapeseed meal was presented. A variety of processes were reviewed for the production of rapeseed protein concentrate.
