【摘要】 外伤性截瘫是治疗上的难题。为了探索有效的疗法，采用自行设计的外置电场脊髓损伤治疗仪，治疗外伤性截瘫４６例。其中全瘫３６例，不全瘫１０例，经１～６个月的治疗，全瘫康复率２６．６％，不全瘫康复率８７．５％，膀胱及性功能均获得不同程度的康复。结合实验结果认为，在脊髓损伤早期运用该治疗仪可阻止脊髓继发性损伤；在脊髓损伤晚期应用，不仅能阻止脊髓退变萎缩，而且能促进脊髓轴突再生更多还原

【Abstract】 raumatic paraplegia is one of therapeutic problems. In order to find an effective therapy for traumatic paraplegia, the authors have designed a therapeutic apparatus with outlaid electric field for spinal cord injury, and used it to treat 46 cases of traumatic paraplegia, including 36 of complete paraplegia and 10 of incomplete paraplegia. Through 16month treatment, the recovery rate of complete paraplegia was 26.6% and that of incomplete paraplegia was 87.5%, and the urocystic and sexual functions recovered in varied degrees. The results of experiments suggested that the application of this apparatus in early stage of spinal cord injury could prevent secondary spinal cord injury; and the application of if in late stage of spinal cord injury could not only prevent atrophy and degeneration of spinal cord but also promote regeneration of spinal axons.更多还原
