知母皂甙元对青年小鼠学习记忆及其大脑胆碱酯酶活力的影响

【摘要】 采用避暗法研究知母皂甙元ZMS对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响。连续口服300、150、25mg/kgZMS15天后,东莨菪碱(Scop)记忆障碍模型小鼠的避暗回避反应力无明显改善作用,其避暗潜伏期及5min内错误次数与对照组相比无显著性意义,提示ZMS不能对抗Scop引起的记忆获得障碍;同时观察到不同剂量的ZMS对脑胆碱酯酶活力没有明显影响。

【Abstract】 The effect of Sarsasapogenin(ZMS) on learning and memory in mice was studied by step through test and scopolamine amnesia model.After oral administration of three different doses (300,150,25mg/kg·d of ZMS for 15 days,the step through response of the amnesia mice induced by scopolamine were not improved.Being compared with control,there were no statistic meaning in the latency and the error number in 5min. It was suggested that ZMS could not ameliorate the amnesia in mice induced by scopolamine.At the same time, we also observed that different doses of ZMS had no effects on the brain cholinesterase in mice.
