【摘要】 本文报道了贵州产昆明山海棠药材中总萜成分的提取分离和定性定量分析。实验表明，醇提取酯分配法可得到较纯的总萜；显色法及薄层层析法均可用于定性分析；定量分析则以Ked－de试剂显色后紫外一可见分光光度法测定，该法灵敏度高，方法可靠，简便易行。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are several terpenoids in tripterygium hypoglacum (levl. ) hutch,encluding diterpenoids, triterpenoids and so on. They can be used to treat rheuma-toid arthritis, ankylosing, pandylitis and some autoimmune disease. The purpose of this paper is to researth an extraction and identification tnethod of the ter-penoids. The experiments show that the best extractive method is nalcohol dissolu-tion first, ester extraction next. Some color reactions can be used to the gualitative analysis; the spectral analysis is suitable to guantitate.更多还原
