氧自由基清除剂对离体胰腺组织的保护作用
The protection of oxygen radical scavenger on pancreatic tissue in vitro
【摘要】 采用离体实验方法,观察了几种急性胰腺炎的致失因子对大鼠胰腺组织、胰腺腺泡、全血脂质过氧化作用以及氧自由基清除剂SOD、CAT的保护作用。结果表明,胆汁酸盐(胰蛋白酶、内毒素均能不同程度地加强胰腺组织、腺泡及血浆的脂质过氧化作用,SOD和CAT有明显保护作用,减轻致炎因子对胰腺腺泡的损伤。
【Abstract】 This study observed the lipidperoxidation of pancreatic homogenate.pancreatic acini. and blood when incubated whit the acutepancreatitis pathogenic factors (APPF) in vitro. The results ’showthat bile salt. trypsin and endotoxin. the major APPF, improve the lipidperoxidation of incubation fluid signifiCAntly and theseimprovement can be inhibited by the oxygen radical scavenger superoxide dismutase (SOD). catalase(CAT). SOD and CAT also protect the pancreatic acini from lesion caused by APPF. This study suggest oxygen radical scavenger may be used in therapyof acute pancreatits.
