MIM Fe 基合金的合金化强化
ALLOYING STRENGTHENING FOR MIM Fe BASED ALLOYS
【摘要】 研究金属粉末注射成形(MIM)铁基合金在强还原性氢气氛烧结条件下的合金化强化效果。结果表明,添加Cu、Ni、Mo等元素能取得显著的固溶强化效果,其中成分为Fe2Ni2Cu0.45Mo的机械性能达到σb=483MPa,σs=340MPa,δ=9%和HRB83。
【Abstract】 Alloying strengthening for Fe based alloys had been investigated, which prepared by metal powder injection moulding technology (MIM) and sintered under a strong reduction atmosphere. The results showed that the addition of Cu, Ni and Mo elements can make an appreciable solid solution strengthening, the alloy with composition of Fe 2Ni 2Cu 0.45Mo has mechanical properties as follows: σ b=484 MPa, σ s=340 MPa, δ =9% and HRB83.
