【摘要】 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定炎痛宁喷雾液中有效成分大黄素、盐酸小蘖碱的含量。结果大黄素在０．１２～０．７２μｇ范围内线性良好，ｒ＝０．９９９６，平均加样回收率为１０２．６４％，ＲＳＤ为１．５６％；盐酸小蘖碱在０．０２２～０．１５４μｇ范围内线性良好，ｒ＝０．９９９３，平均加样回收率为９９．８６％，ＲＳＤ为２．７％。更多还原

【Abstract】 WTBZ〗The determination of Emodin and Berberine in Yantongning Spray by HPLC was reported in this paper, A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 0.12 to 0.92 μ[WTBZ〗g of Emodin, r= 0.9996 , the average recovery rates is 102.64% and RSD is 1.06%. A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 0.022 to 0.154 μ[WTBZ〗g of Berberine, r= 0.9993, the average recovery rates is 99.86% and RSD is 2.7%. [WTHZ〗更多还原
