【摘要】 目的：研究氢醌对皮肤和眼的刺激作用。方法：新西兰白兔９只，用５０％、１２．５％、６．２５％、０％的氢醌滴眼染毒，每天１次，连续１４天。另取豚鼠１６只，新西兰白兔３只，动物背部用５０％、３３．３％、２０％、１１．１％、０％氢醌涂皮染毒，每天１次，连续１４天。结果：氢醌对兔眼刺激性呈浓度依赖性。高浓度氢醌可引起眼结膜充血、角膜混浊等，停止染毒，眼损害可恢复正常。高浓度氢醌引起皮肤红斑、表皮脱落、真皮中性细胞浸润等皮肤损害。结论：氢醌对眼呈重度－中度刺激性，但具有可恢复性。高浓度氢醌对皮肤呈强刺激性，低浓度氢醌对动物皮肤有轻度刺激。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the irritant effect of hydroquinone on eyes and skin of rabbits and guinea-pigs. Methods: Concentrations of hydroquinone(50.0%,12.5%,6.2%,0.0%) was instilled into the eyes of 9 New Zealand rabbits once per day for 14 days. Different concentrations of hydroquinone(50.0%,33.3%,20.0%,11.1%,0.0%) applied topically to the skin of 16 guinea-pigs and 3 New Zealand rabbits once per day for 14 days. Results: High concentration of hydroquinone caused immediate but transient irritation to the eyes and skin of the animals.The irritative symptoms both in eyes and the skin of animals were relieved when the concentration of hydroquinone was reduced. Hydroquinone was no irritating on animal eyes at concentrations of 6.25% and animal skin at 11.1%. Conclusion:Hydroquinone irritated the eyes and skin by the dose dependent way.更多还原
