电脑COPD康复训练呼吸机的研制
The development of a CPU controlled COPD recovery training ventilator
【摘要】 介绍了一种电脑控制的COPD康复训练呼吸机。强调呼气辅助,降低FRC的设计思想;刺激膈神经加强吸气抗缺氧和进行肌力储备,刺激腹肌或腹外加压帮助呼气使隔肌充分舒张的工作原理;全新的四时相呼吸切换同步控制模式;以及仪器的软件、硬件结构。
【Abstract】 A COPD recovery training ventilator controlled by micro-computer is described. The paper include the design principles of emphasizing on the expiration help and reducing the FRC, stimulating phrenic nerve to strengthen inspiration and to lay up strength, stimulating abdominal muscle or pressing on abdomen to enhance expiration and make diaphragm relaxing thoroughly,four period synchronizing control mode and the hard ana soft construction.
