【摘要】 本实验利用大鼠脑血肿模型，观察了醒脑健神胶囊对脑血肿大鼠6、12、24、48、72小时时脑系数、脑血管通透性、脑组织含水量及钠、钾、钙、镁离子的影响。结果表明：大鼠造模后脑系数、脑血管通透性、脑组织含水量及钠离子含量随着时间推移而进行性升高，尤以造模侧为著。用醒脑健神胶囊后，能明显改善脑水肿病情，脑系数、造模侧脑组织含水量、钠离子含量及脑血管通透性的变化均比病理组减轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of Xingnao Jianshen capsule on brain coeffi-cient. cerebrovascular permeability, water content and Na+ 、K+、Ca+ +、Mg + + contents of brain tissue were observed in ratmodel of cerebral hematoma at 6、 12、 24、48、 72 hours after ad-ministration. The results showed that after modelling. braincoetticient, cerebrovascular permeability , water and Na + con-tents of the brain tissue had been increased with the lapse oftime. especially in the modelled side.
