【摘要】 实验观察了淡竹根水提浸膏液对小鼠体液免疫及细胞免疫功能的影响。结果提示淡竹根对小鼠肝脏系数有显著提高作用,2.50g/kg淡竹根浸膏可明显促进IgG、IgA及IgM含量的增加,并对C_o补体含量也有明显提高作用,差异极显著(P<0.01)。淡竹根浸膏对E花环形成率及淋巴细胞转换率虽有一定的促进作用,但无统计学差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Lopanthus roots extract on the HI humoral immunity and cell - mediated immunity in rat was investigated in this study. The result showed that the Lophanthus roots extract could enhance liver index in rat. By Lophanthus roots extract at the dosage of 2. 50g/kg in rat, the Immunoglobulin G(IgG), immunoglobu-lin A(IgA) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) were increased, C3 complenment exhanced and have a highly signifcance compared to the cation by the gingseng veinforce pill (P<0. 01). The Lophanthus roots extract could mildly increased effect of rosette formation and lymphocyte transformation, but no statistic sighnificance was found.更多还原
