【Abstract】 The study was conducted in 10 healthy volunteers,and their mean serun elimination half life,mean serum concentration,mean serum area under curve and urinary recovery rate over 72 hours were determined after a single oral dose of domestic roxithromycin capsule.These mean pharmacokinetic parameters and urinary recovery rate were found on significant difference in comparison with imported tablet and the relative bioavailability of domestic capsule was 105.44%±14.84%.From these results it can be concluded that the pharmacokinetic profile of domestic roxithromycin was similar to that of imported one.更多还原
