【摘要】 用琼脂二倍稀释法研究了氨基糖甙类抗生素奈替米星的体外抗菌作用。共测定临床分离菌５２５株，其中金葡菌１１８株，Ｇ－杆菌４０７株。研究结果表明：奈替米星对各类Ｇ－杆菌的体外抗菌作用与妥布霉素相似或稍强；奈替米星对３６株低度ＭＲＳＡ体外抗菌作用与阿米卡星相似，ＭＩＣ９０分别为４和８ｍｌ／Ｌ，优于庆大霉素和妥布霉素，后两者ＭＩＣ９０分别为３２和６４ｍｇ／Ｌ。奈替米星对红霉素耐药的金葡菌的体外抗菌作用与阿米卡星相似，ＭＩＣ９０均为２ｍｇ／Ｌ。优于庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢唑啉、氨苄西林和哌拉西林。奈替米星对双重耐药的Ｇ－杆菌的体外抗菌作用与妥布霉素、阿米卡星相似或稍强，优于庆大霉素和哌拉西林。对临床分离的常见致病菌的作用与其它氨基糖甙类抗生素相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 The in vitro antibacterial activity of netilmicin and 6 antibiotics in 525 clinical isolates were tested by using agar dilution method.The isolates include 118 Staphylococus aureus and 407 Gram negative strains.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of netilmicin similar to tobramycin to Gram negative strains.36(low level)MRSA(methicillin resistance staphylococcus aureus)were still susceptible to netilmicin and amikacin, with a MIC 90 of 4 and 8 mg/L respectively.better than gentamycin and tobramycin.Some resistance strains(including Gram positive and Gram negative)were also susceptable to netilmicin,with a MIC 90 similar to tobramycin,amikacin but less than gentamycin and β lactum antibiotics.更多还原
