【摘要】 目的：改进治疗高血压脑出血的手术方法，术后行中医辨证施治，以求提高术后患者的成活率、生存质量和减少病残率。方法：改进手术方式，清除颅内血肿，术中去骨膜颞肌及筋膜脑表贴附去骨瓣减压，术后行中西医结合的综合治疗（分别给予羚丹通络片、牛黄醒脑散、牛马利肢丹、五龙固脱饮、天地扶正饮等中药）。结果：７０例患者中基本痊愈２６例，显效２２例，有效１２例，恶化１０例，总有效率８５．７％。结论：改进手术方法及中西医结合综合治疗高血压脑出血的疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To modify the operation model for raising postoperative survival rate,improve life quality and reduce the disability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:We modified the operation model,cleared away intracranial hematoma and attached on brain superficial layer with periosteum.On the other hand,patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after operation,including “ling dan tong luo” tablet,“niu huang xing nao” powder,“niu ma li zhi” pellet,“wu long gu tuo” drinkand “tian di fu zheng” drink.Results:Clinical data from 70 cases demonstrate that 26 cases were cured,22 cases were improved obviously,12 cases were improved and ten cases were deteriorated.The total effective rate was 85 7%.Conclusions:To modify operation model and treat with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are superior to those with sole western medicine.更多还原
