【摘要】 目的：探讨“蠲瘀启闭汤”治疗急性中风病的疗效。方法：以“蠲瘀启闭汤”治疗急性中风６６例（治疗组），与西药治疗５０例（对照组）作对比分析。结果：治疗组基本痊愈率６３．６％，总有效率９８．５％；对照组基本痊愈率４０．０％，总有效率９０．０％。两组疗效比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。舌色变化治疗组与对照组亦有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：中风病的主要发病病机为血瘀阻络，而“蠲瘀启闭汤”实为活血化瘀、醒窍通络方，符合中风病“活血化瘀、理气通络”的治疗大法，疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of “juan yu qi bi”decoction(蠲瘀启闭汤) in treatment of acute apoplexy.Methods:66 cases were treated with “juan yu qi bi”decoction(treatment group),and 50 cases with western medicine (control group).Results:In the treatment group,therapeutic rate was 63 6% and effective rate was 98 5%,while it was 40 0% and 90 0% respectively in the control group.There is remarkable difference between the two groups on the aspect of therapeutic effect and the improvement of tongue’s color( P <0 01 in both groups).Conclusions:The main pathogenesis of apoplexy is blood stasis and obstruction of channel,and the effective function of “juan yu qi bi” decoction is to activate the blood circulation to remove blood stasis and restore consciousness and remove obstruction in the meridians,it accords with the therapeutic treatment of apoplexy called “activating the blood circulation to remove the blood stasis,regulating vital energy and removing obstruction in the meridians”.So the therapeutic effect is affirmative.更多还原
