【摘要】 目的：探讨“薤白汤”治疗无症状性心肌缺血的疗效。方法：将８６例无症状性心肌缺血患者随机分为治疗组５６例（用中药“薤白汤”治疗），对照组３０例（用消心痛治疗），进行治疗前后自身对照和组间比较。结果：治疗组缓解心肌缺血显效率和总有效率分别为５３．６％与９６．４％；而对照组显效率为２３．３％，总有效率为７６．６％。治疗后血清超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）均有不同程度升高，但两组ＳＯＤ改善率比较有显著性差异。结论：“薤白汤”有升高ＳＯＤ，改善心肌缺血的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of macrostem onion decoction (薤白汤)to treat asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.Methods:86 cases of asymptomatic ischemia were divided randomly into two groups.56 cases as treatment group with macrostem onion decoction and 30 cases as control group with sorbitrate.Selfcontrol were conducted on before and after treatment and to compare two groups.Results:The marked effective rate of the treatment group was 53 6% and total effective rate was 96 4%.In the control group they were 23 3% and 76 6% respectively.The level of SOD in plasma after treatment elevated drastically than those before treatment.Conclusions:These findings suggested that the macrostem onion decoction can increase the SOD level in plasma and improve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia.更多还原
