【摘要】 采用ＳＣＬ－９０和自编手淫行为调查表所进行的对照研究发现：与男生（Ｎ＝７０）相比，虽然女生（Ｎ＝３３）手淫行为的发生率较低，开始的年龄稍晚，手淫的频度也较低，但统计学分析发现，她们更多地认为手淫属下流行为，并倾向采用被动克制的方法来应付手淫冲动，而且手淫后的自责后悔等负性情绪也较男生普遍。女生组ＳＣＬ－９０各因子分值均高于男生组，其中人际关系敏感、忧郁、恐怖因子分值的增高具有显著意义。提示不同性别青少年的手淫行为及其对心身健康的影响也有所不同，这可能反映了两性在认知、情感及接受社会传统影响等方面的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 SCL 90 and questionnare of masturbation behavior designed by the authors were used to study sex differences of mental health influenced by masturbation in 103 adolescents(male=70,female=33).The results showed that contrasting to male,female had lower frequency and later onset on masturbation but with more guilt experience.Significant higher sub scores of sensitive,depression and phobia in SCL 90 were observed in female group.Our findings suggest that there were some different attitude to and influence of masturbation between male and female adolescents.Sociocultural tradition may play an important role in this situation.更多还原
