【摘要】 该研究采用99mTc－培谱利欧霉素（Pepleomycin，PPM）进行SPECT亲肿瘤显像，分析99mTc－PPM在正常人体内的分布、代谢及其对体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤的价值。26例恶性肿瘤与10例良性病变患者均进行SPECT早期及延迟平面及断层显像。结果：99mTc－PPM对恶性肿瘤组患者的总阳性检出率达69．2％，如除外肺部及骨骼系统转移性病变患者则灵敏度可达90％；显示99mTc－PPM对于体外显像诊断恶性肿瘤具有明确的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution and metabelism of 99mTc － PPM in vivo and the practical value of using 99mTc － ppM to diag－nose malignant tumors through in vitro imaging were studied. SPECT imaging was performed on 26 cases with ma－lignant tumors and 10 cases with benign lesions. The sensitivity of 99mTc － PPM imaging in the detection of malig－nant tumors was 69. 2 %. The scnsitivity of 99mTc － PPM imaging was 90%, except for metastatic lesions of thelung and bone.
