【摘要】 采用乙肝疫苗穴位注射加中药黄白汤（治疗组）与乙肝免疫核糖核酸（对照组）治疗慢性乙肝各50例。两组比较：症状体征消失和肝功能恢复时间治疗组明显短于对照组；HBsAg阴转率：治疗组为26％，对照组为10％；HBeAg阴转率：治疗组为60％，对照组为26．32％（P＜0．05）；HBV－DNAP阴转率：治疗组为14％，对照组为2％。结果提示：乙肝疫苗穴位注射加中药黄白场治疗慢性乙肝近期疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acupunture point injcction of a combination of the HBV vaccine and Huang-Bai decoction were used in the treatment of chronic HB infection, and compared with a control group receiving anti - HBV RNA therapy. The symptoms of the treatment group were resolvcd, and the liver function returned to normal more quickly in treatment group than in the control group. The negative conversion rate of HDsAg was 26 % in the treatment group and 10 %in the control group. The negative convcrsion rate of HBeAg was 60 % in the treatment group and 26. 32 % in the control group(P＜0. 05). The negative conversion rate of HBV-DNAP was 90 % in the treatment group and 72.27 % in the control group. The positive conversion rate of anti - HBs was 14 % in the trcatment group and 2 % in the control group. These rcsults indicatc that the acupuncture point injection of combination of the HBV vaccine and Huang-Bai dccoction can be used to successfully treat chronic HB infections.更多还原
