【Abstract】 A digoxigenin labelled M. tuberculosis DNA probe was produced by using a one step method of PCR and was clinically tested. 105 sputum samples from pulmonary tuberculosis patients wer hybridized with the new probe, and 63 of the hybridized samples had positive results. The 41 samples that were positive in culture were also positive in hybridizion. This methed is rapid, the disadvantages of isotope labelling can be avofded and the probe is highly sensitive.更多还原
