【摘要】 观察中药热毒清对半乳糖胺敏化大鼠受内毒素致死性攻击后的保护作用。方法：模型组用半乳糖胺（０．３ｇｋｇ－１／只）和内毒素（１０μｇ／只）给大鼠作腹腔内注射，在此基础上，热毒清组和地塞米松组分别静注热毒清和地塞米松。结果：５小时后动物血中肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞三烯Ｃ４、谷丙转氨酶和总胆红素水平均明显上升（Ｐ均＜０．０５）；在５～２０小时内大鼠全部死亡，死亡率为１００．００％。热毒清处理组的上述血液生化指标均明显低于模型组（Ｐ均＜０．０５），死亡率也低于模型组（５０．００％，Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：热毒清与地塞米松相似，具有良好的预防内毒素血症并发症的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effect of Chinese preparation “re du qing” injection (RDQ) on endotoxinchallenged rats sensitized by galactosamine.Methods:Rats model were produced by intraperitoneal injection of galactosamine (0 3 g·kg -1 /rat) and endotoxin (10 μg/rat).Results:It showed that levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) ,leukotriene C 4 (LTC 4),alanine transaminase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBIL) increased significantly (all P <0 05) 5 hours after injection.All rats died within 5￣20 hours after endotoxin challenge and the mortality was 100 00%.However,above parameters were markedly lower in RDQ treated group than those in model group (all P <0 05).Mortality of RDQ group was 50 00%,and it was also significantly lower than that in model group (all P <0 05).Conclusions:It is suggested that Chinese preparation RDQ has beneficial effects in preventing endotoxininduced complications as well as dexamethasone.更多还原
