【摘要】 本文观察了以右旋糖酐40在不同时间（阻断冠脉前后）行等容血液稀释，对急性心肌缺血6h犬红细胞滤过指数的影响。实验分为四组。Ⅰ组(对照组）；阻断冠脉前后来给任何治疗；Ⅱ组：阻断冠脉后30min以右旋糖酐40等容置换血液15ml／kg体重；Ⅲ组：阻断冠脉前1h按Ⅱ组方法行血液稀释；Ⅳ组：阻断冠脉前24h按Ⅱ组方法行血液稀释。分别测定结扎冠脉前、扎3h、扎6h的红细胞滤过指数、结果如下：阻断冠脉后，Ⅰ组红细胞滤过指数明显升高（P＜0．05），Ⅱ组虽有所升高，但无显著差异；Ⅲ、Ⅳ组则保持相对恒定。提示不同时间行等容血液稀释均能改善红细胞变形性，而且阻断冠脉前稀释的效果明显优干阻断冠脉后稀释。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of isovolumetric hemodilution with Dextran 40 at different times on erythrocytic filtration index (FI)in dogs with acute coronary occlusion was evaluated. The experiment consisted of four groups. Group I(control group):no treatment was given before or after coronary occlusion;GroupⅡ: 15ml/kg blood was exchanged with Dextran 40 continuously from a dog within 20 minutes after coronary occlusion;GroupⅢ: 1 hour before coronary occlusion hemodilution was performed in the same way as in GroupⅡ;GroupⅣ: 24 hours before coronary occlusion hemodilution was performed in the same was as in Group Ⅱ.FIwas examined before and 3, 6 hours after coronary occlusion separately. The results were as follows: after coronary occlusion,FI in Group Ⅰincreased significantly(P<0.05),and FI in GroupⅡ increased in a manner,but no obvious difference was showed before and after coronary occlusion. FI in GroupⅢ and Ⅳ remained relative stable. The rcsults suggested that hemodilution at different times could improve erythrocytic deformability,and prior hemodilution had a better effect than hemodilution after coronary occlution.更多还原
