【摘要】 为探讨胃窦癌对胆囊收缩功能的影响,用放射免疫法测定了49例病人(对照组12例、胃窦癌组37例)空腹血清中的胆囊收缩素水平。结果:胃窦癌组(110.26±132.50pmol/L)明显低于对照组(345.37±77.40pmol/L),P<0.01。提示胃寞癌对胆囊排空功能有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of gastric antrun cancer on the empty function of gallbladder,fastingserum cholecystokinin level was determined by radioimmunoessay in 37 patients with gastric antrum cancer and 12 controls. Cholecystokinin concentration in gastric cancer group (110. 26±132. 50 pmol/L) was significantly higher than that in control group(345. 37±77. 40 pmol/L),p<0. 01. The result suggested that the empty function of gallbladder has been already affected by the lesion of gastric antrum before operation. The change was related to the cholestasis and formation of gallstone.更多还原
