【摘要】 本文报告10例临床活体肝部分移植术,9例为先天性胆道闭锁症,1例为暴发性肝炎。全组病例均为儿童,年龄:3个月～12岁,其中男3例,女7例。作者指出,现阶段临床活体肝部分移植的适应证多为先天性胆道闭锁症,移植对象多为儿童,手术时机应遵循不同适应证各自的发展规律,采取个体化的原则。但一旦确定了肝移植的方针后,则应尽早手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 10 cases of clinical living related liver transplantation, 3 boys and 7 girls aged from 3 months to 12 years,were presented. Among them 9 cases were congenital biliary atresia,1 case was fulminant hepatitis. The results showed that the indication of clinical living related liver transplantation were congenital biliary atresia,most cases were in childhood. The operative time varies according to different individuals. Once the determination was made,the operation should be performed as early as possible.更多还原
